The staff at the front desk were welcoming and attentive, making the check-in smooth. Enjoyed the café downstairs for breakfast and afternoon tea, with wonderful service. Cleanliness stood out. the room sparkled. However, I encountered some issues—no in-room coffee maker was a letdown, and the mini bar took up too much space in the room. Could have used more storage for clothes during my week-long stay. Overall, a fantastic experience despite some minor inconveniences.
